I am absolutely in love with this performance! The crazy thing is Seonghwa said they only were able to practice for two days!!! Between promotions for I’m the One and filming the drama they put all of this together! They are crazy talented and deserve all of the hype for this performance. Also I’ve never laughed harder than when Andrew tried to hit Jongho’s high note 😂 it was perfect!

jongho hitting b5 which is so hard to hit by male sometimes even female find it hard to hit. (typically, male singers are in the tenor/alto range, and female singers are alto-soprano, jongho hit the soprano range which is very difficult).

This was HANDS DOWN one of my fave Ateez performances ever omg!! It really felt like part of a musical/broadway show! Also yeah, it was the other side of the stage (the stage is long) and it just changed cameras :') I think they only do 1 take?? (though if I'm wrong, tell me!) Edit: I pressed enter too early ack😭😂 Anyway, the part where the Kraken came out was so cool??? I didn't expect it at all like wtf 😳 I was thinking that maybe it was the Kraken that got them shipwrecked in the 100s performance👀 But fr, I'm super excited to see how they top this stage, cause this one was already amazing :')

We definitely had a lot to process after we finished watching this performance LOL! Andrew was so into the performance he didn’t even realize there was a kraken HAHAHA. Was SO EPIC!! and thank youuu😭😘🙏

Literally best performance of the night! Had me speechless and with goosebump from beginning to end. They really brought it and honestly looked unstoppable Ateez is just so different and I love it. Loved y'alls reaction and Jas hope you feel better with your ribs!

Ateez stressed me the eff out with this performance. They are so good! I can’t stop watching this. When the kraken came out, I freaked out and then Jongho’s high note just blew my mind. I was waiting for you guys to flip out over the kraken. If you have time, watch it with the other group’s reactions. Hoongjong worked really hard on remixing the song and watched Pirates of the Caribbean for inspiration. It was really amazing to see them come up with the ideas for this as well as promoting I’m the One. They deserved their rank this week.

They were using two stages for this so Wooyoung was in the other stage when he went through that curtain door. You can watch the Full Cam version of this performance and you’ll see how they moved from one stage to the other. It was EPIC 🔥

Jongho really went above (pun intended) and beyond this time! Not only that 4-octave high note, but during an earlier high note, he was also supporting Yunho's floor spin at the same time!! He is crazy talented! All of them have so much skill and put in so much hard work, and I'm so happy they're finally getting more recognition b/c they deserve every shred of it!!!
