Hey there, I have another collaboration with UltraHypnosis here. c: This audio will allow you to slip into trance easier in the future. It includes some self-prompted triggers to aid you in that, as well as waking yourself up in the event you ever become uncomfortable while listening to hypnosis.

Thinking "I want to be hypnotized," and "I want to wake up," are the two triggers that are suggested to you. They are meant to give you more control over your hypnotic experiences in other audios, not just this one. Only you can use these triggers.
