So i've got my new animation rig nearly complete (it's in an animatable state, but there's no direct export pipeline to skyrim setup yet, after that's done I can continue creating animations for skyrim and finish warhammer 2.0)

the reasons i'm making a whole new rig is:
1) for ease of use and to make my workflow faster
2) to fix badly deforming meshes such as shoulder, pauldron, and wrist bones that we couldn't fix before
3) to standardize humanoid animations, and advance our progress towards draugr anims
(new control rig will be able to be retargeted onto multiple skeletons including first person, female, and draugr skeletons and maybe even trolls) IE: Elder Souls - Draugr maybe coming soon

Would it working on daugr and trolls mean we need to use fnis in addition to nemesis?

No it’s purely for animating the characters I’m not touching their behavior or skeletal structure, at least not yet, but when I do get around to it it’s unlikely that it’ll be compatible with fnis.
