In a very Feng Shui way the tentacle coming out of the mouth pointing up shows the direction of energy and motion that the girl feels through her body.  As we saw with page 2, it started in her pants.  I’m a big fan of “all the way through” because it is thorough, super pleasure.

This girl has thicker clothing than what I usually draw.  It’s just a touch of variety.  Also maybe canonically it helps keep her warm since a lot of skin is exposed :9
