Anime girls have been showing their teeth more and more since the 90’s.  It adds a dimension to interpretive emotional expression I think.  Specifically for this page I wanted to show her teeth to convey the feeling of her facial expression.  If you open your mouth and show your top row of teeth you feel muscular contraction around the middle of your face (cheeks, nose).  I wanted to do this while avoiding drawing lines such as this:

I am not skilled enough to make many crinkled lines in the face look hot.  Ironically people make fun of this face (from Ghost In The Shell: Arise) even though it is a face they would probably make if they were getting crushed.  Sometimes realistic doesn’t work for hentai.

I also put some folds in her dress where it covers the back of her neck to help accentuate that she is moving her head up and back.
