I’ve touched on this subject before, but I think I found another reason why the girl tilting her head back in an erotic motif.  Besides opening up the neck area as another erotic cavity between the chin and chest, in an ironic way she may be trying to get her head (mind and brain) farther away from the sex partner.  This is symbolically preventing stimulation overload, subconsciously (as if the pleasure would be too much if she didn’t move her head further away).  On the other hand her using her chin and neck to envelope a sex partner (over the shoulder or something) is also erotic and symbolic for different reasons.
