Her dress is semi-see-through. You can see outlines of shapes from light coming through but not details. The top part has a scrunchy texture not only because I like it but also to allow comfortable expansion for when the two hemispheres of the parasite brain enter her breasts. As you can see in the last panel, her right breast has expanded so much that the scrunched up fabric has smoothed out from stretching so much.
