Trying Plastic Animation Studio on the app store. Animated on iPad. This sure was useful and I think full of potential. I need more practice with inbetween animation by hand, so this skeletal rig animation will be my focus for animation for now. It's a lot easier, looks better (for my skill level) and faster to create. The watermark will go away once I pay $4.00.
