A worm has engulfed a girl and controls her body.  It finds another girl and prepares to engulf her too, to the horror of the first girl.  She can try to physically resist but the worm is stronger.  It still needs her skeleton-based body to stand up and other stuff.

If you look closely in the second frame the worm has tiny red eyes on its lips.  This is inspired by something I learned about giant clams.  They have many tiny eyes on the rim of their shells.

It was pretty tough to decide the background color, worm color and hairstyles for the girls.  So many good ones to choose from.

The color and texture of the worm is inspired by a vacuum hose I used to have.  It was shiny, ribbed, stretchy, and so nice to feel.  For years I planned to use it in for hentai effect and that time has finally come.

The engulfed girl’s head only looks bigger that the other girl’s head because her mouth is stretching open to scream.  Usually for anime characters the jaw stays the same no matter how big the mouth opens.  If this were traditional anime the wide open mouth would simply not fit on the face, but that is usually used for comedy.  I wanted this to be serious and freaky in a horror genre sense.
