This girl’s hairstyle is very much inspired by Marie Rose from the Dead or Alive series.

In this particular comic the girl has no pupils when she is nit possessed, but has pupils when she is possessed. I don’t think anyone has done it in this order, but I think it works here. Often times an anime character is calm when they have “emtpy” eyes. This sets her up for the surprise attack. Then the small pupils make her look crazy. Great success there me thinks.

Originally I was gonna include the viewer‘s dialogue and the nurse addressing the viewer as “sir”, but this way allows the imagination to be more interpretive. There was going to be some dialogue about how she tries to explain she is pregnant like a normal expecting mother but the viewer says that’s not possible because he saw her not pregnant just a second ago, but that had a lot of downsides if it wasn’t pulled off perfectly. This dabbles though with the varying levels of parasite abilities and speeds that a parasite can read the memories of its host. In this case, It wasn’t very fast. This adds some realism.
