The wings are a bit small, but there are a few reasons for that. 1, you can see them better in frame. 2, the succubus uses magic to fly so the wings don’t need to be big.

Somehow I stereotype girls with headbands as being more innocent (especially white headbands),although I have seen some in anime with very grumpy attitudes, which clashes in a cute way with the innocence image stereotype.
