A disembodied brain unravels itself like a ball of yarn.  The two hemispheres of the brain reform in her breasts as half spheres.  This expands the breasts to be much bigger, attracts men for reproduction and vastly increases breast sensitivity.  You can see in the last panel “he” is squeezing her breasts (and his brains) against a man’s chest at a nightclub causing pleasure overload.

If you look closely in the second panel the unraveled noodles slip between her fingers.  It has evolved specifically to invade women and to be hard to grab.

Technicaly the brain can’t feel pain, and perhaps can’t feel being touched.  I’d like to think this brain monster can feel touch through.  Also technicaly this is not how a brain is structured, but it looks like it.  So I’m just pretending this is a different kind of brain (besides how it can move and invade women).

The brain with its spinal cord reminds me of a sperm, so it just made sense to me that a bodiless brain is a versatile mind control female possession monster creature.

I tried to add blush but this was one of the times it didn’t look right.  Plus I think the expressions are very strong indicators of her (and ”his”) emotions.
