If you look at the fourth panel there are some extra strands of hair sticking out of the front of the hairline of the student girl, while she doesn’t have these strands in any other panel.  This is a cliche to add onto her being distressed.

And in case it’s not obvious, you can see the “teacher”‘s right arm stull reaching down between the student’s legs.

I just realized, how do we address the teacher now that it’s not the teacher, and as the parasite has no name.  I can tell you the parasite is male.  Perhaps he has to establish how he wants to be addressed, and that has many hot possibilities.  Maybe he can asked to be called his host’s name, assuming and perverting her identity.  I’d also say in all my comics (under further notice) that the hosts are alive and probably trapped in their own bodies, seeing and feeling everything that the parasite is making them do.
