I really like the fresh bedsheets of hotel beds.  I don't take care of my own bed as good, so a hotel bed is a special treat for me.  Especially with the clean smells and cleanliness throughout the hotel room.  I hope a little bit of that is conveyed in this girl's pure-white bed touching her half-naked body.

As you can see I used a picture of a brain as a reference.  To make it somewhat original the wrinkles are my own pattern.  I'd like to learn more about the brain (and other things) to add realism to my possessions.  For now this worm simply thrusted into the middle of her brain.

Many possession artworks by other artists remove or destroy the brain.  That's not my preference, although I might do that someday if the story calls for it.  I like to keep the brain because the girl will experience the pleasure, and we can imagine her pleasure.  Plus it just seems a little mean to kill the girl, though I can see how that is a cinematic thrill-trope.  The shock and fear of the original girl being gone forever causes interpretive excitement.  That doesn't mean keeping the girl alive is not exciting of course (;
