The basic foundations are almost 100% stable.  I am finally able to possess a npc from any angle without messing up the controls of the host.  In my previous test video, when the cylinder was possessed, it had to be from exactly behind or else the controls would not be aligned with the host npc.

Still needs animations.  I don't want to release the first playable version without animations, that is how important I think they are.  It will have basic animations for the fastest release possible.

You'll see at the end of the video a second bug is spawned.  That's an easy bug to fix (no pun intended :9), and it might come handy someday for spawning multiple things.  Basically what's happening is the parasite is eliminated from existence when it touches the red collision cube.  Behind the woman is a spawn point for the parasite when you want to stop controlling her.

There is a button to "exit" the host ("E" key).  I plan on having a bunch of unique and fun methods of possessing and depossessing.

This also gives me the idea of someday (after the basic release of the game) to have multiple exits and entrances into female npcs.

These are placeholder models I got from TurboSquid.com.  I will make original models for the first playable version.
