This picture will show in detail how I make scientific sense of a worm unbirth possession.  It fuses with the wall of her womb, but goes further to plunge into her brain.  I don’t want it to pierce the womb, rather it becomes part of the human flesh then extends farther up her body like a fast-growing plant.  By connecting to the womb, it has life support and reproductive capabilities, able to fool human men into breeding with it.  Obviously connecting to the brain gives body control.
