The lines in the blonde's hair not only looks good like the locks of hair on Final Fantasy characters, but it also gives a slight illusion of her being a dirty blonde, which is popular these days.

Something I try to get right and that I find attractive for an unknown reason is the shape of the cranium.  I'm not sure why but I like a girl's cranium, especially when a ponytail more clearly reveals its shape.  Of all the sexual things I philosophize about, this still eludes me years later.  I will not give up on trying to find a hypothesis though.  It might have something to do with the Borg Queen, who has a stylized cranium.
