Originally this girl was going to have a hand on her hips, but the hair (which was drawn later) blocked the arm and made it look weird.

The tentacle on the floor is supposed to look relaxed like it had good sex. If you look closely it has a mouth with sharp teeth. I wonder, what does it need that for? This adds something more to think about, which to me, adds eroticism to a tentacle/parasite hentai usually.

Something I noticed, as a sort of scholar of anime and manga, is more/shinier strands of hair drawn makes an anime girl seem more mature, beautiful as well as the context. Fewer, thicker and less glossy strands of hair makes a character seem more cute/comical as well as the situational context. I find usually more/detailed strands of hair is better suited for hentai.
