Party music! Similar to what can be heard if we were in this scene. The multiple faucets hints that this is a public restroom. That means the parasite has to be more careful about being discovered. It could have aroused suspicion when it took over this girl. What if another girl was in the bathroom? Maybe there is another girl in the bathroom! At this point, it looks like the possession was undetected, which is an accomplishment. The audience shares the feeling of accomplishment when a character accomplishes something. All of this adds up to arousing excitement.

From this video you can see I constructed the panels one at a time using the entire page, then shrinking the scenes to fit in an arrangement. I've seen some professional artists do this. This is because sometimes there is a "comfort zone" for artists. That means an artist may be uncomfortable drawing within a border or some other restriction, which would negatively affect the artist's intent. I'll show you an example. Here is a key frame from one of my favorite anime called Air TV:

This drawing is made of 4 or more pieces of paper. Why? The artist drew one part with a comfortable "scale," and needed more room. Why didn't the artist draw in one page only? Sometimes they feel like it, sometimes they don't. Sometimes a drawing is too small on one piece of paper and needs to be enlarged. With digital drawing it's made much easier with resizing and there transformation tools, and that's what I do.
