Secret Update! (Patreon)

Here is a secret update for my patrons! When I painted Mortarion originally I had to rush some of the unfinished areas on him for Crystal Brush, meaning I didn't have time to do some of the more creative ideas I had. Now that I no longer have to worry about time I am going back to him and fixing some of the areas that I wasn't happy with, ready to be entered into Golden Demon.

First of the areas I wanted to change are the little wings on his cherubs. While I was rushing to complete these originally I just roughly copied the box art. They clashed with my overall scheme as they were too bright and drew the eye. Now I have gone back to them and am doing tiny replicas of Mortarion's own wings. These little wings are less than 1cm deep though, so they had to be simplified, and of course have all of their details scraped off. I actually ripped them off of the original model!

I will be recording a video for the second set of wings :D 

I won't be posting updates of Mortarion anywhere else but for my patrons, until Golden Demon.
