Here is the video showing how to paint the face, eyes and hair of Neave Blacktalon, Stormcast Eternal Special Character.  This video has no background music.

I've decided as the face is so small on this video that I will do another video with a kingdom Death Pinup model so that I can show in much better detail how to do this kind of skin.
