I was excited about the new Qui-Gon so I just had to give this a go (at the suggestion of one of the patrons!) This is scaled for Black Series but works with smaller printers (largest edge is 210mm). This thing is huge! Measuring 20.5" wide.

It's separated into many pieces to make painting easier, paint each color group separately before combining for clean edges. I recommend using a finishing spray (I like Krylon Matte) before assembling to avoid scratches.

PRINTING TIPS:

The front surface of the blue frame is sloped, so make sure that you print it top side down with supports, otherwise you'll get an ugly texture on the front panel.

You may need to adjust the size of the inner door pieces to 99%-97% to have them fit. I glued the center piece (MDoor1) to a piece of foam core, and then glued each piece into place around it, working from the center outward, then I used an X-Acto blade to trim the excess foam core.

Print the out the file-name key to use as a check list while printing off the parts to keep track of everything.
