Mod may be larger than 23, this is due to LOD fix. If you experience lag, there is unfortunately nothing I can do.

Make sure you are installing with the latest version of the tools!

Does not come with her glasses since she didnt wear them at the RR.

Hey i tried to install this mod over Carmella but once i loaded in the textures were all messed up. Any idea how i can fix it?

Make sure the file names are correct in the attire folder to match Carmella's ID otherwise it won't work properly. I don't replace people, I use Tribute to add Naomi to her own slot so I never ran into that issue.
