Luckily, creating the hair's base color and tones were considerably easier to track correctly to the outline, thanks to a method I'm using now.  The highlights will be done shortly after.

I was debating whether or not to have her eyebrows be a separate layer from her hair or not, but I've decided they'll be separate.
