I probably should have done this conceptualization in Photoshop, but for some ill-advised reason, I ended up just going ahead and mocking it up in Flash...
Anyway though, you can expect a few rough lines posts before I begin animating rough drafts.

Usually I animate with much higher detailed key frames, but this time around I will try to finalize the motion of the body parts and etc. before obsessing over the body proportions and overall details.  I've noticed that a bane of mine is getting lost in the small details of individual frames (like breast shape, face shape, eye detail, etc.) before I've even figured out what the entire motions in future frames will be.

I think it's a really stupid way of animating when you're under time constraints.

From now on, I will hope to make better use of the little time I have to work on the animations which I assume most of you patrons pledged for!

Today, I was able to start the conceptualization, so here is the idea I have so far.

I think I will try to have Kyouka first undo her blouse's buttons and then smile more strongly at the camera.

I don't have much experience with finer movements of the hand, but I don't think it should be too hard to do.
