Friends I need to tell you something important.

Recently I had a problem with my landlord, who lives in the door in front of mine.

We passed here a year, paying montly SO MUCH money for a house that's not worth it, without any lateness everything ok, we didn't caused any problem and recently it appeared humidity in some parts of the house.

We told it to our landlord and they came today with the person of the agency "to see the status of the house"... They came with a person interested in the house to rent it after I come back to Barcelona.

Everything started going wrong, the landlord started screaming to my housemate, telling them that it was our fault because we didn't opened the windows properly.

WE OPENED THE WINDOWS MORE THAN 3 TIMES A DAY and this is not normal if the house is "healthy".

The landlord gave us the house and told us that the made a treatment for humidity problems, but they just added some white paint on the problem, we can clearly see the areas where the treatment is in and where not.

We're breathing a toxic fungus every day and it's suposed to be all our fault.

Well... I tried to explain to the landlord that we did all that we could, and they don't have ANY right to yell at us like she did for 3 humid stains on the walls that can be fixed, making me and my housemate feel bad, for something that was her problem because the house wasn't treated with the humidity treatment like she said they did.

The point is, and why I am telling you all that stuff is that I need a break, I need at least 2 days for mental health and make a solution for all this drama, I will try to convince the landlord to pay half of the treatment because it is not our fault (they want to make us pay the ridiculous amount of 3000 euros for a treatment for the humidity, but we can clearly see that they want to reform all the house with our money).

I hope you can understand that I will not be reading any DM'S or replying emails as fast as I always try to do, I need a break.

Amigos Necesito decirles algo importante.

Recientemente tuve un problema con mi casera, que vive en la puerta de enfrente de la mía.

Pasamos por aquí un año pagando MUCHO dinero mensualmente por una casa que no vale la pena, sin tardanzas y todo bien, no causamos ningún problema y recientemente apareció humedad en algunas partes de la casa.

Se lo contamos a nuestra casera y hoy vinieron con la persona de la agencia "para ver el estado de la casa" ... Vinieron con una persona interesada en la casa para alquilarla después de que regresemos a Barcelona y la cosa se torció.

Todo empezó a salir mal, la casera empezó a gritarle a mi compañero de piso, diciéndole que era culpa nuestra porque no abrimos las ventanas correctamente.

ABRIMOS LAS VENTANAS MÁS DE 3 VECES AL DÍA y esto no es normal si la casa está "sana".

La casera nos entregó la casa y nos dijo que hicieron un tratamiento para los problemas de humedad, pero solo agregaron un poco de pintura blanca sobre el problema, podemos ver claramente las áreas donde está el tratamiento y dónde no.

Estamos respirando un hongo tóxico todos los días y se supone que es culpa nuestra.

Bueno ... Traté de explicarle al propietario que hicimos todo lo que pudimos, y que no tienen NINGÚN derecho a gritarnos como ella lo hizo por 3 manchas de humedad en las paredes que se pueden arreglar, haciendo que yo y mi compañero nos sintiéramos fatal, por algo que era su problema porque la casa no fue tratada con el tratamiento de humedad como ella dijo que lo hicieron antes de entregarnos el piso. El piso de por si está mal construido ya que lo hizo el marido de la señora sin tener mucha idea de construcción.

El punto es, y la razón por la que les digo todo eso es que necesito un descanso, necesito al menos 2 días para mi salud mental y encontrar una solución para todo este drama, intentaré convencer al propietario de que pague la mitad de la tratamiento porque no es culpa nuestra (quieren hacernos pagar la ridícula cantidad de 3000 euros por un tratamiento para la humedad, pero podemos ver claramente que quieren reformar toda la casa a costa nuestra en realidad ya que hemos mirado precios de los tratamientos y el mas caro cuesta 1000 euros si tuviéramos la casa entera llena del hongo, esta mujer nos quiere quitar 3000 euros después de haberse llevado mensualmente una cantidad ridícula por este alquiler, además de que en el contrato está escrito que no debemos pintar ni hacer nada en el piso antes de irnos).

Espero que entiendan que no leeré ningún DM o responderé correos electrónicos tan rápido como siempre trato de hacerlo, necesito un descanso, al menos por dos días.
