Crunch (Patreon)

So here's how it is. Since Troika released I have been stuck doing maintenance. Post, emails, post, accounts, social media, marketing, project management, more post etc. I kinda hate all that stuff, but it's what needs to be done. It's been a year now and I have someone doing my post, someone doing social media, someone doing project management, and there's me doing all the stuff in the gaps. It works ok, pays our rent, but not as well as making some goddamn books.

So yea, been crunching. Gnosis has started through its third(?) draft and it could be realistically finished in a month or so. The text is not final stuff, it's just shapes at this point. We came up on the idea of turning it into one background to justify the list. This works as a nice framing device and works to show what backgrounds can be. They're plastic.

So it'll end up being a list of 216 Aspects (done) Spells and Skills (getting there). I'm going to do a pass over the text to make the entries denser. Everyone enjoys the little blocks of taste that the backgrounds and items etc were and I want to bring that here. I'm considering not explaining the skills and items since they are either obvious or a little bit silly. Either way explaining them might kill them.

The book will be nice for positioning the divine in the setting. I am a big fan of having the option to punch god, and this book will set a precedent for that.
