TLDR = I want to provide more for you in 2024 and the path to unlocking that growth is to go full time & dedicate more time to audios and ultimately to you. 

Your support this year has been incredible, and even though I haven't hit the subscriber milestone I had hoped to have to make this decision, all that means to me is that I need to work even harder to growth and progress.
