(Poll) Familiar or Monster? (Patreon)

Hello, dear patrons! We're going to start making more regular polls so you can help us decide on what way should certain items, monsters and even booklet content take.

So, we're making an item based on an art comission we got, and its a sort of dwarven laser/heat-digging tool. Like a steampunk heat laser to melt rock, make tunnels and burn foes.

With the mechanics we're imagining, it won't have charges, but it'll be able to be active for a number of turns depending on a 'battery'. This battery will be elemental of sorts and we're making a creature which will be the source of this battery.

We thought it'd be cool to let you decide on wether we design this creature as a familiar or a monster!
