I'm voting for Speed because my vote is tying it with Nightmare on Elm Street. Yet, I do want them to watch Speed. HOWEVER, Scent of a Woman is my favourite film of all time, and would vote for that if I felt it would make a difference. That, and Tremors over Speed. I really hope they watch Scent of a Woman at some point. ...They'd likely have to "Daddy Chill" Pacino more than Ash. 😂

Martian I guess I can do, I have yet to watch it. I have two friends in the UK now!... but one day Society of the Snow.. its a break from all the other stuff you do... based on true events and much more detailed and harrowing than the movie Alive, based on the same events. Prompted me to buy one of the books from the survivors.. Its an incredibly sad but uplifting story of the human spirit and how much we can endure. Would you eat human flesh to survive!?

Casablanca is really, really good! I think it’s better when it’s framed as a war/refugee film than a romance, but the love triangle is the most compelling that I’ve ever seen! It’s a beautiful, sometimes even kind of funny movie (very significant in terms of film history too) and I’m sure that both of you will appreciate it.

Red Dragon is a Hannibal movie (like Silence of the Lambs), and it has Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort, Julian from The Menu...) as the main villian, alongside Edward Norton (American History X, Fight Club...) as the detective and of course Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal.
