Withdrawing my mana beasts back inside their rings, I stepped out of the carriage to find a dozen men wrapped in black robes with demon masks covering their faces. “Hello gentlemen, what can I do for you?”

I reached out to get a sense of their power. They were definitely no ordinary bandits. All of them were at least fourth rank immortals, and two of them were fifth rank.

They clearly understood our own group's power level before approaching.

“Silence. Hand over Wenxi Su.” One of the fifth rank immortals stepped forward to speak. He had a fox demon mask over his face.

“No can do Foxy. I’m afraid that would make my journey rather unproductive.” I shook my head casually. There was no fear from this group.

Despite the group's power, I had my own tricks. They hadn’t accounted for my mana beasts. And it was doubtful that they had bloodlines.

My larger concern was understanding who exactly was coming after us even before we’d even entered Blueheavens.

The mask hid Foxy’s expression, but I liked to imagine pure shock from the way his head moved back. “What? You realize you are completely outnumbered and out-powered. Don’t be a fool. Just hand her over.”

“Hey, Wenxi. Some guy hired by your family is out here. Can I kill them all, or should I leave some alive?” I called back into the carriage, but I knew all the girls were at the door listening.

Wenxi’s head of brown hair popped out the door. “They were likely sent to their death. I can confirm they haven’t identified themselves and wore masks. You had no idea they were from my family when you attacked valiantly to protect me.”

I gave her a small salute before turning back to the cultivators arrayed before me.

More than a few of the fourth rank immortals were taking steps back. Clearly, everyone was worried by my casual disinterest in their strength.

They were starting to second guess themselves.

I smiled.

I didn’t imagine that the Su family opposition would send anyone with even a decent bloodline after me. Those would be held much closer to the family’s interests.

My heart beat quickly as I tapped into Quinn’s bloodline of the gold dragon.

Tyrannical power exploded from me as I released the strength of my cultivation, and I grinned savagely at my opponents.

Behind Foxy’s mask, I could see his eyes open wide as he got a fresh idea of my actual strength.

The ground exploded under me as I reached Foxy before he could even twitch, my hand becoming as strong as a dragon’s claw as I grabbed the front of his mask and squeezed.

Foxy’s mask cracked, and I saw his face for just a moment before my hand squeezed further and crushed his skull like a rotten melon.

I ghosted behind several of the fourth rank cultivators, reaching them before they could run. I smashed the back of their necks and sent them to the ground in a tumble.

The other fifth rank cultivator had been hanging back, almost as if he’d been content to watch.

He was my actual target. I had a feeling he had the most information.

While I moved for him, the other fourth rank immortals rushed Wenxi. I didn’t move to go back to protect her, knowing my wives would take care of that.

Sure enough, Michelle stepped out of the carriage, the bloodline of the black tortoise blossoming on her forehead.

Their attacks did nothing to Michelle as she absorbed three attacks at once without giving ground.

I kept on my path, focusing on the fifth rank cultivator.

Tapping into my lighting mana, my feet sparked as I zipped forward faster than ever. Lighting was an element of speed and power. I had to completely abandon defensive abilities, but I gained the chance to strike first and win with that first strike.

As I closed in on him, the cultivator spun with a kick powered by his full cultivation.

If I were a normal cultivator, it might have even hurt, but the gold dragon bloodline coursing through me made my body unbelievably tough. I caught his heel, my arms and hand straining under the power.

I was seeing why the combination of an azure dragon and lighting element was so revered.

“What are you?” The man shrieked before I wrenched his ankle, picking him up and slamming him down into the dirt.

He punched out, a technique forming on his fist, before I loosed a blast of raw lightning mana into his chest. It disrupted his muscles and, therefore, the flow of his technique.

I frowned. I didn’t want to kill him, but he was certainly doing his best to kill me.

In my moment of distraction, he flipped onto his stomach and darted away like a scared rat. Fifth rank mana welled around him as he shot into the forest’s underbrush faster than I could track.

He clearly had an advanced escape technique, but I had better.

“Lumi.” The lighting wolf mana beast appeared at my side. “Chase him down. I want him alive.”

One second she was there, and the next, with a flash of blue and white light, she was gone.

Lightning flew into the air, charging deeper into the forest. I rushed forward to catch up to them.

When I finally did, Lumi had the man pinned against a tree, letting loose a series of shocks to keep him from activating any techniques or escaping.

“I think we should all just make our way back to the carriage, don’t you?” I asked the cultivator. His mask was gone, shattered in the fight. His face had a startling resemblance to Wenxi.

I wondered if her whole family looked that much alike. From what Wenxi had said, it seemed there were many branches and divisions among them.

“Please, don’t hurt me. The family won’t forgive you.” He tried to crawl away.

“Right. I’m going to let you walk away after trying to kill me and take Wenxi. That makes sense.” I picked him up by his lapel and dusted him off.

The second he started to speak, I hit him in the side of the face hard enough to knock out a few teeth and bounce his head off the ground.

“No more games.” Sometimes the young master types were just too much.

I picked up the dazed man and threw him over my shoulder, heading back for the carriage.

Back at the carriage, the remaining cultivators were neatly tied up, with Michelle and Thea standing over them.

I squinted; we were missing one.

I quickly scanned around, spotting a black puddle at the edge of the forest. It looked like Celina had gone for a kill on a runner. She really didn’t enjoy having to chase people. It was unfortunate for that cultivator.

We had handled an equal number of cultivators so simply. I had even fought two at my own rank with ease. All because of the difference bloodlines made. No wonder the Ancient Families were so obsessed over them.

“Good. You brought back the leader.” Kat smiled, her eyes shining a multitude of colors as she looked at me.

“Give it a whirl.” I set down the fifth rank immortal and peeled open his eyes for her.

The man jerked in my grip, grabbing at my arm. Kat leaned down, pulling out information.

“Tuomo sent me. I came with the orders to capture Wenxi and hold her hostage until I was told to release her. We expected to hold her at least a few months.” He blurted out information.

Wenxi looked less than amused. “Were you to harm me or them in this?”

“You were supposed to be unharmed. They were considered obstacles.” He spoke with a dull look in his eyes as they stayed open, trapped by Kat’s own.

At the very least, they didn’t want to harm their own. “Is he someone important?” I asked Wenxi.

“Bastard son of Tuomo Su, Qiuxi’s father.”

“Ah. Great, the rest?”

“Nobodies.”

“Kill them.” I told Celina.

Purple feathers appeared in her hand before darting into the chest of all the other men present. Bound, they had no way to resist.

They squirmed as their chests bubbled and melted under the fierce poison of the Yin Harmony Bird.

Even though I knew she’d never hurt me, sometimes Celina scared me a little.

We focused back on the man Kat had in a trance. I was sure if there was information to be gleaned, it would be from him alone. “Why is Tuomo interested in keeping me from joining the Su family?”

“Rumors are that you are full of potential. This is nothing other than a plan to reduce his risk for the future.”

My face wrinkled in disgust. “He’d kidnap Wenxi for several months just to reduce his competition?”

The man chuckled. “Tuomo wants Wenxi’s mother so desperate she has to crawl on her knees and beg at the tip of his cock for help.”

Wenxi sighed, seeming to realize something. “It isn’t even about you or me. This is all about Tuomo trying to isolate my mother. I thought… never mind.”

I nodded, taking in the information. Though there was part of me that suspected Wenxi still might be the ultimate target of Tuomo’s plots. “Think there’s any other useful information he might have?”

Wenxi paused before approaching the man. “Has my uncle had you performed any other missions related to my mother lately?” Wenxi asked.

“I’ve pressured business partners to leave her, spied on Tianxue and even tried to honey pot your aunt.”

“We are done.” Wenxi stood up, looking upset.

Though it wouldn’t solve her mood, I turned her away and nodded to Kat.

The immortal’s eyes rolled back into his head and he fell to the ground, dead. Kat turned away from him, seeming most concerned about the bit of dust that had gotten on her clothing.

I watched, not surprised, but once again realizing that I’d surrounded myself with truly terrifying women.

“It’ll be okay Wenxi. Once we get to your home, I’ll give you my full support with your family.”

She sighed, but nodded. “I had no idea that my mother was under such pressure. She may have sent Tianxue away for a vacation. At least there are no family politics in Murdock.”

I nodded. My wives cleaned off the road, hiding any sign of an attack, and gathered back in the carriage as it started moving again.

“It would seem that your family will not be so welcoming of me.” I sat back down in the carriage. “Should we expect more ambushes?”

“No. He has no reason to believe they’d fail. But once we arrive in Blueheavens, I expect we’ll see problems. If not from somewhere else, we for sure will have issues with Tuomo once he can’t get ahold of his bastard.” Wenxi sighed. “I’m sorry; you can still back out.”

I shrugged. “This was well within my expectations. There is no need to feel guilty. I came into this knowing that your family wouldn’t be simple.”

The rest of my women were similarly unfazed by the ambush. We’d seen war. How hard could a family dispute be?

Michelle leaned against the kitchen counter. “This is just how the world works. Competition between groups and within them. We are no strangers to this. Though our lives have been peaceful lately, they haven’t always been. We are no strangers to war.” She looked at the rest of my wives for confirmation.

“There won’t be a problem.” Celina said softly. “And if there is a problem, then I’ll just remove it.”

Kat smiled alone with Celina. “Yes, we’ll stay with Isaac while he pushes forward. The rest of you will build a stable foundation for us in the city. The Ying Family’s fortune should be a nice starting point.”

The Hua sisters looked at each other. “We have all his assets. Working with Madam Orchid, we’ll figure out a mercantile angle for our family to take over.”

Wenxi just sighed and shook her head. “I’m not sure where I’ll fit in all of this, but I’m glad that Isaac’s family comes with a full suite of help.”

The girls laughed.

“Speaking of full suite.” Celina kissed the back of my shoulder. “I’m wondering if we could fill our suite.” Her kisses tingled against my skin, even though she was holding back her poisonous body.

“It’ll be a long trip. Do your best to keep him occupied.” Michelle smiled. And apparently, that was the signal for Celina and Thea. They took both my arms and pulled me towards the bedroom.

I was happy about the unexpected space in the carriage. It was going to be a much more pleasant trip than I’d anticipated.

As we entered the bedroom, I looked back over my shoulder at my other lovely ladies. They looked back with love and a few smirks. They all approved of us cultivating our way to Blueheavens.

Celina closed the door behind me and jumped into my arms, placing sweet kisses along my neck. Each soft kiss poisoned me with an aphrodisiac. We’d never needed it, but it made me wild for her, and she knew it.

“Careful, that’s not Thea’s cup of tea.” I groaned, already feeling it start to affect me.

My life mana welled up, reacting to the poison. It was ready to cleanse my body, but I held it back.

Thea came around my back and kissed the other side of my neck. “I’ll let her tire you out. Then when you are soft and gentle, you can be with me.”

“You two.” I groaned as my erection swelled and pushed into Celina. “Are going to be the death of me.”

My mana beasts pulsed on my chest, wanting to join the fun, but I kept them inside for the moment. These two wanted my attention.

Grabbing Celina and throwing her on the bed, she landed with a thump that I knew the other room was going to hear.

“Isaac. Rip my clothes off.” She moaned, stretching out on the bed and biting her lip.

Her belt was undone. Reaching down, I avoided tearing them, but I manhandled her out of them, knowing she wanted some roughness. But the pantyhose she wore underneath were going to be a different story.

I ripped open a gaping hole right where I needed it.

“You beast.” Celina spread eagle. “Fuck me.”

Thea giggled at Celina’s play, but she obliged her sister-wife, stripping me of my clothes before I pounced on Celina. I speared myself into her sex without any foreplay. Celina didn’t need it.

She was as juicy as a ripe pear, her fluids dripping out and soaking my balls.

“Someone needed this.” I growled, pushing her shoulders into the bed and pumping into her with abandon.

There was no gentle wind up. We went straight into animalistic rutting that lasted a minute before I pulled out of her and flipped her over.

“Yes. Please.” She cooed. A naked Thea came around to Celina’s face and lifted her up by her hair, silencing her by pressing her into her own sex.

Celina slurped and sucked at Thea’s lower lips while I pumped into the poison cultivator. Making her ass slap and jiggle as I thrust into her.

I grabbed both ass cheeks tight, squeezing them as I pushed into her and let my thumb circle her asshole.

She let out a surprised squeak into Thea, who looked at me skeptically before realizing what had caused it.

I smiled, knowing Celina wasn’t quite ready yet. But I was enjoying teasing her with it.

I ran my thumb around it a few more times as I slid myself in and out of her, the rough walls of her sex grinding against the head of my cock.

While I stroked, I watched Celina pleasuring Thea, whose head was thrown back as she enjoyed riding Celina’s face.

Thea’s head lifted, and her eyes opened, seeing me watching her. Smirking, she undid the wrap around her chest as I watched, freeing her two enormous peaks. She hefted both of them and lifted one to her mouth, raking her teeth along the nipple, instantly making it hard. Then she moved to the other.

I watched as her pink tongue snaked out and licked her own nipple, all while keeping eye contact with me.

My fingers pressed into Celina, who only bounced harder as I thrust her into. Her ass was a different sort of paradise as my thumb worked to loosen up her asshole. And my cock was plenty soaked from her sex.

Resting her hips back on the bed, I removed myself from her only to thrust right back in, only a different hole.

Celina screamed, but it wasn’t in pain. Her ass quickly relaxed around me before she tightened her hips and locked me in place.

I slapped her ass, making it squeeze me harder for a moment before relaxing again. “Be a good girl.”

She mumbled something into Thea’s crotch that was completely lost on me. But if I had to guess from our previous times, she’d said something like ‘pound me harder’.

My lovely poison cultivator liked it rough and dirty, and I aimed to please.

Swinging my hips back, I slammed them home made her squirm as I kept it up, pumping myself into her with everything I had.

The roughness might have broken a normal woman, but my poison beauty was a powerful cultivator.

Her sex started dripping down my thigh, reinforcing her enjoyment. A moment later, her body spasmed and squirted on me.

But despite her release, the little sexpot was still thrusting her ass back into me. I was happy to oblige, wanting my own release.

But before I could focus on myself, she thrusted harder, dragging my cock along her slick walls. The tightness of her ass was a dream as she squeezed herself around me, coaxing me further towards my own peak.

Each time I bottomed out in her, she’d squeeze so that the way out dragged with friction. Then she would relax so I could push back in.

While she moved, she started cultivating, building up mana and feeding it to me with each thrust.

I followed suit, letting her mana flow into me and nurture my body. I let her Yin Harmony Bird bloodline activate, so the two of us were in sync.

The pressure began building up between the two of us, giving me a heady high. I added onto it with the strength of my fifth ring cultivation, growing the ball of mana we were passing between each other.

My higher cultivation would be a boon for my wives as we cultivated our way to Blueheavens. I’d be able to absorb and hone more mana than them and pass to them in one explosive finish.

And that finish was rapidly approaching as her ass sucked at my cock with each thrust.

The dual cultivation technique was building up both pressure and pleasure, and when she finally cut it loose, it exploded in my hips, washing out her ass with my seed. I passed it back to her with my explosive finish.

Celina screamed in release as she tried to muffle herself with bed sheets, and I slipped out of her ass, spraying the final few spurts on her hips.

“That was lovely. Let me absorb this.” She mumbled as she rolled over. She didn’t seem bothered in the least about the mess as she closed her eyes, her mana cycling through her body rapidly as she sought to absorb the mana I had poured into her.

Thea looked down at my cock and stepped into the bathroom, returning with a warm, wet washcloth. “Let’s get you cleaned up, because if we have two weeks in here, I want to see just how far I can get to my fifth ring.”
