Monstrous Horizon Chapter 15 (Patreon)

It was like a switch was flipped. I still knew everything I did a moment ago.
Yet I had an undeniable feeling of love to the gorgeous monster girl pressed into the chase under me. I still had all my faculties and logic, I knew that these feelings were magically reinforced.
But that didn’t stop me from smiling when I looked at Cleo.
“That was a dirty trick.” the smile still frozen on my face, while I still hard inside of her.
She turned her head to look at me over her shoulder. “You’ll have to forgive me for insuring you become my husband, because in those visions you gave me a baby boy.”
I blinked, realizing what that implied. However, right now we weren’t on even footing and I needed to fix that.
Stroking my cock inside of her, I reached down and pulled her back by her chest, kissing her on the neck as I tried to drive her to one last orgasm.
“Yes, husband.” She moaned and wrapped her arms around the back of my head.
Kissing her, even on the neck suddenly made this all so much more intimate.
Still overly sensitive, she shuddered around me in no time.
“Cleo. You will love me as your husband and equal.” I whispered. Maybe I was a love struck fool at this point and I could have done so much more with that, but I now wanted her to love me back.
Silly, I know, but the last thing I wanted was for this to be one sided. I loved her despite all the logic that otherwise tried to push that emotion aside.
Her eyes went wide as they softened. “Of course hubby.” She turned her head enough that we could kiss for the first time.
I kissed her as an outlet full of the passion and love that was as real as anything even if magically induced. Her lips were a perfect fit for mine as we stopped our hips in favor of the intimacy of the kiss.
When we finally broke, I just stared into her eyes for a moment. “I think this little game of ours I over, we both splendidly lost.”
“That’s odd. I don’t feel like I lost at all.” There was a twinkle in Cleo’s eyes that said she was okay with this. “Still. I agree, the wager is over.”
Magic left the air as fast as it had appeared.
I pulled out of her and sat down on the chase, but she tugged at my hand.
“Come here.” Cleo pulled me over to the throne and sat me down before she sat on my lap, face to face.
“I think you can release Sylvia.” I looked over, wondering how distressed she was in that ball of sand.
Cleo snapped her fingers, and the sand fell to the floor revealing a red faced Sylvia.
“Master!” She charged Cleo.
“Stop. Sylvia. Stop. It’s all okay, I think.” I turned back to Cleo. There was still so much that we needed to work out, but the danger she posed had passed.
“Yes, little air elemental. It’s okay. Your man here got me good.”
Sylvia was looking back and forth between us, trying to figure it out.
“I don’t know if I came out that much ahead. But suffice it to say we are both equally enamored with each other. As equals.” I added the last part, that was important in the society of Verdant.
Cleo smiled wide. “We should have a wedding.”
“What!” Sylvia’s jaw hit the floor. “A wedding, between… you two?”
“Are weddings uncommon?” I asked.
Wincing, Cleo explained. “More like a myth. Given the station of men in our society… and the lack of male monsters… there hasn’t been a formal wedding in a very long time. Though some girls take to calling their men husband.”
“If it causes you too much trouble, we can do without or do it informally.” I offered. Last thing I wanted to do was wreck Cleo’s status as a ruler.
“No. In my visions you were particularly always ‘husband’. I think this is the right choice, though it will cause a stir.” Cleo leaned back thoughtfully. “Maybe it is best not to rush this.”
I wondered if she was having the same thoughts as I was. Logically, I knew nothing about her, but my heart leapt at the chance to marry her. I still wanted to know her before I took that sort of step.
“Hold up just yet. If you’d let me propose, we can move from there?” I offered.
“Propose?”
“Right, if you haven’t had a formal wedding in a long time there’s a little more to it. First the man proposes to the girl with a ring, then they are engaged for a period of time. Only after that time do they formally become married with a ceremony.” I had no clue if Rindall had the same customs, but I was going with what I knew.
“Oh, that sounds lovely.” Cleo kissed me excitedly. “I’ll wait for this proposal. Until then, I supposed I owe it to you to start gathering your men in this prisoner exchange?”
Right, there were other reasons I came here. “Yes, how long do you think that’ll take?”
“It won’t be easy, they’ve likely traded hands at least twice by now. Fresh men often move quick. I can have some of the guards start tracking them all down, but I’m afraid it will take at least a week.”
“That’s a long time for me to be away from the fort… could we send a messenger, I’ll write to the state of the prisoner exchange.”
“Yes, it would be pertinent that I don’t disrupt your career too much. Though I think this is going to be more complicated than I’d like.” Cleo clicked her tongue before she made up her mind. “Guards.”
The doors at the end of the hall opened and two gator girls stood at attention, a slight question on their face seeing our positions. “Pharoah.”
“Have my stationary table brought here to the throne.” She paused. “And send for Kelly and Laura from the special guard.”
They both did a wordless kneeling bow before hurrying off to deal with her task.
“The two special guards?” I asked with a raised brow.
“I’m sorry, but you need protection while in Verdant. Sam, you are human and don’t continue to grow in strength with sex like monster girls. I need to keep you safe. We should also do something about this divine blessing you keep radiating.” Cleo raised her hand and gave a look, asking for approval.
“Yes, go ahead if you can stop me from enticing every passing monster girl I’d like that.” I realized I still wanted to enjoy other women. Whatever she’d done to me hadn’t robbed me of affection for other women. Sylvia was still growing on me, though I wouldn’t call what I had for her as love.
“Let’s see.” Cleo traced my chest, and I felt her magic at work. “You shall not radiate this blessing and instead shall concentrate it within your body.”
I didn’t resist as her magic settled into my skin and pushed against something.
“Oh, this is quite strong.” Cleo focused with a determination and I felt something constrict as she tried to push it into a ball in my chest.
It didn’t like that and tried to slip away, but as it dove within my chest, trying to slip free. It seemed to be attracted to a particular organ. I joined efforts with Cleo and settled it into a sphere.
The blessing stopped struggling when it settled right at the base of my penis, just above my balls. There it suffused both with a magical warmth.
“Oh, that’s… I didn’t mean to do that.” Cleo apologized.
“I felt it all. It settled there on its own.”
“Which goddess did you meet?” She asked.
“Don’t know her name. Green hair and beautiful is all I really remember.”
Cleo hummed to herself in thought. “I’m not sure I know who that is, but given where the blessing seems to feel more comfortable I have some thoughts that she might be related to love or sex.”
Sylvia hovered close, interrupting Cleo’s thoughts. “He doesn’t smell as good.”
“No, but he’ll taste even better. All of that divine power is saturating the good bits.” Cleo lifted her hips and sank down on my length, rocking slowly. She came again within moments.
“You should remove that sensitivity.” I offered. It would be hard for her to get any work done.
“Maybe I like it, and it’s only for you.” She pecked me on the cheek and continued to rock on me.
Anything further was interrupted as the guards came back in with a heavy wood table and placed it in front of the throne. It had been shaped perfectly to fit on the front of her throne and conveniently hid us from the waist down.
If they thought anything of her current impalement on me, they said nothing.
“Thank you. The girls?” Cleo asked.
“They were gearing up as we left, they will be here will all due haste.” One of the gators bowed.
“Thank you, Ah. If you would, take my harem and remove them from the palace.” She gave me a look of apology before continuing. “Let them pick a guard to go home with if they so choose or sell them.”
Now both guards showed a reaction before stumbling to a kneeling position. “Yes Pharaoh.”
“Harem?” I teased. It didn’t escape my notice that she let them have a choice who they left with, and I wondered what they would have done without that second part of the command. It was a baby step, but a step in the right direction.
“I don’t think I’ll need them anymore. Not after this.” She slowly rocked on my cock while she pulled paper ink and such into a working space in the center of the desk.
Amazingly she held the upper half of her body, the part above the desk, perfectly still with the skill a belly dancer would be proud of.
“Let me start.” I reached around her and grasped the quill and started on a letter. Each time I shifted to start a new line, I brushed her chest, eliciting a gasp of pleasure.
“Pharaoh.” A lioness and a blue lamia came in and waited for her to speak.
But Cleo was concentrating on her own letter at present.
I checked it over her shoulder. It was appropriate, regal almost. Far different from the ones she used to send me.
Back on my own letter I finished it off with a signature and used fine sand to set the ink before setting it aside to dry.
Cleo was continuing her ministrations on me, all the while working on her letter.
Both of the guards were watching, unaware of what was happening under the table.
When Cleo finished, she used sand, only with her magic and set the paper aside to dry with mine.
“Kelly, Lauren, meet Sam Ridden. He is my man, the only man in the future. You two will be on guard duty with him from here on out. Is that understood?”
“Yes Pharaoh.” Both of them bowed. Kelly’s large scimitar clicked against the floor.
“You listen to and report to him. His voice shall be equal to my own.” Cleo paused, and they both looked up, surprised by the request.
I could see them struggling to hold back questions. “Go ahead. Ask your questions. If we are to be working together, then I would rather we air it all out.”
They blinking and really looked at me for the first time.
Kelly was clearly a lion by her blond hair and fur for the cat parts. But unlike so many of the others that had been walking around in sheer cloth, Kelly wore tight fitted leather armor. A scimitar that seemed a touch too larger for her hung from her waist, while a bandoleer of knives was belted to her other side.
Lauren looked as well endowed as every other lamia I’d seen. Though she had a unique bright blue to her that reminded me of sea snakes. Her armor was much less practical looking, being made of thin silver bands from which thin clothes draped. Barely preserving what could be called modesty. She had laid down her Glaive while she knelt.
I guessed those bands might actually stop a blade, but it seemed more decorative than anything to me.
“Pharaoh, are you well?” Kelly asked.
Cleo sighed and looked at me, thinking for a moment how to go about this before turning back around. “I’ve had a vision using the oasis. That this man will be my husband and one day give me a boy.”
Both guards gasped and focused on me, searching for something out of the ordinary. “Impossible.”
“I’d agree if not for the vision. So understand the importance of his life. Furthermore, he is a Colonel of Rindall, leading the fort in Khopesh. He won’t be remaining here for long. You will go with him.”
“Hold up.” I paused this conversation. “I don’t know if I can bring these two back with me.”
It would be like letting two elite soldiers into your territory.
“We have time to discuss that.” Cleo’s narrowed eyes said to have this sort of disagreement in private.
“Agreed.” I tried to make a concession in front of the girls.
Both of them bowed more sincerely to her and me this time. “We understand.”
That out of the way. With her talk of the vision again, I decided to give her the full story.
“Cleo speaking of your vision… I have a story to tell you…”
