I've been training 6 days a week for over 4 years and I'm showing a lot of the signs of overtraining(below),so while I hate to do it, I'm gonna be taking a break from lifting for a week or two to see how it goes, however content will still be rolling, just don't be surprised if I start to gain a little or might even be a bit more shy with photos depending on how I feel about myself over the next few weeks, because I've been cutting the entire time, I don't like gain phases for myself.
But hopefully this lil break helps get things sorted. Thanks for ya'lls support and dont worry, all is well with me, I just wanna get my energy and joy levels back up.

Lifestyle-related signs of overtraining
Prolonged general fatigue.
Increase in tension, depression, anger or confusion.
Inability to relax.
Poor-quality sleep.
Lack of energy, decreased motivation, moodiness.
Not feeling joy from things that were once enjoyable.
