I have some explaining to do (Patreon)

Hello my patrons! Sorry things have been a bit quiet lately.

Lately I've really been struggling to keep up with everything. That has caused me to be on the ragged edge of being able to make content. (Which causes me to only release videos on Patreon a day before general release, or not at all.) With VCF East coming up in April, that trip happens right before taxes are due here in the US, so I needed to get those done and have spent a ton of my free time working on those. (Free time is normally what I use to make content for my channels.) The day job has been keeping me extremely busy as well, which doesn't help the situations. 

Don't worry though, I love making videos and working on this retro stuff -- so there is no chance I'm stopping anytime soon. I just need to keep optimizing my workflow to gain efficiency that way. :-)

You may be wondering what's up with the picture on this post. Some of my time has been going to helping the Commander X16 team work through some small lingering bugs. The team have also made some changes to the KERNAL and VERA (the video output subsystem on the X16) based on my feedback, which is really exciting and I feel improves life for people who loves CRTs. (And you know that includes me!)

I'm working on a X16 video and will incorporate all the improvements that have come over the last few weeks and lots of technical details about the system. Playing with it over the last few weeks has been so fun, and it really makes me so excited to see it coming along. 

Anyhow, thanks for your understanding and I appreciate all the support I get here. It means so much to me and it makes so much of this possible. 

I am really looking forward to VCF East, meeting my fans but also all the other great people in this wonderful community. I know I'll be exhausted at the end, but it'll be so worth it!
