Hello my patrons! Next up on the main channel we have a repair + mod for the "popular" Book8088 laptop. When these came out, I thought it was merely a curiosity, but nothing more. Then last year, a viewer sent in a broken specimen for me to check out. After some initial testing on that second channel video, I put it aside to look at it in the future. Well the future is now, and so let's see if I can find the fault on this machine! Then, because the internal LCD is quite terrible, I figure out how to add an external CGA output to make it a whole lot more useful!
