Meet Izzy from Boulder, CO!

Izzy is a community member and a student of mine. He plays both Spanish and acoustic guitars, and writes his own songs.
He's also a massage therapist and healer, who has his own practice called Body Terrain.

Izzy shares about himself:

"I was inspired by medicine work to learn to play guitar a year ago. I have played percussion instruments since I was young but was always intimidated by stringed instruments.

Hearing music on medicine totally shifted my perspective and I knew I had to learn to play because I wanted to and there is no reason not to.  I luckily found Shai on YouTube about 4 months ago and have been loving working with him. I play almost daily and really have a hard time not being by my guitar 🤪

I live in Boulder, CO and have a massage therapy and healing practice there. Besides music I love hiking in the mountains, exercising and learning about different healing modalities."
