But as the massively inflating parody of a woman that was now visible to everyone for a radius of several building blocks, everything was indeed getting tinier below, and as the extreme hourglass blimp's kept gaining distance from the ground in an increasingly loud mix of screeching balloon noises and airy hissing, so was her pride gaining more and more volume and essence...

And as Patricia's easily car-sized headed, kept observing the sight above the expanse of her own cleavage that was stretching for several feet to the front of her own beach-ball sized cheeks, and she was now certain that everything was getting smaller and smaller beneath her rapidly widening shadow on the asphalt, as she could not even recall that last time she had inflated herself to even the one third of the extreme hugeness she now was. And everything then suddenly tripled in intensity as with a loud rumbling noise and with the hissing getting louder, Patricia's massive parade-blimp like form bloomphed out in an extreme burst of size and massivity...

The ballooning set of over-inflated curves mentally screamed as the whole downtown and suburbs of the horizon were now displayed like miniature toys beneath her.
