Cas' death wasn't even permanent! End of series Dean in Heaven is told Jack brought Cas back. We just never physically see Cas in that last episode.

Yeah, it was nice Cas got brought back but, it was just handwaved away in one scene with Bobby telling Dean "Oh yeah, and Jack brought Cas back" should have had more meaning behind it especially with how emotional his death was
