About the scene. The most logical thing is to link it to the scene of Fina's portrait. At least that's the first thing that comes to mind. And build it around jealousy. A player would lose a certain amount of relationship with a girl he didn't cum on.

Since the Fina scene happens in the living room, you could just have Astra walk in, get jealous and demand to join in. Or do a night visit to Astra and have Fina overhear since she's next door and she hops in.

The problem is that Astra and Fina are in the picture at the same time together. And means and scene will begin immediately with both girls. Or it can be assumed as a convention and start without image. But it seems to me that this is not the best option. And one more point that I would like to note. Since Fina is an adult and more calm and reasonable, it seems to me that she should lose and get less points than Astra. For example: Fina +-3, Astra +-5. And if cum on both then Fina +2, and Astra +3. I think It's justified and logic in terms of balance. Points +- adjusted for the characters and the script.
