I got super fucking focused while working on this and this is my first time actually dedicating time to a rendered work. I havent digitally painted in years. My hand hurts but my soul feels good, also bc I got to focus on a hyperfixation-related concept: The ocean! The two swellrens nearby are based after harlequin shrimp and coral beauty angelfish! I love aquatic creatures in general so I'm glad I got to draw some mermaids lol. Also I tried to make things look a bit more like fat/wg compared to my usual inflation.

If you don't, well here's the brief introduction: His name is Xane (I cannot remember why I spell it like that, I guess I was REALLLYYY into kingdom hearts lore for a certain portion of time during his creation) ((I'm lowkey tempted to update his name like I did with Everette's..)) Anyways he's a incubus-like demon that starts swelling up every time he's complimented, and he enjoys traveling around Adventure Time-style the world that Poff and co. exists within. Except maybe minus the ass-kicking part. he's actually quite squishy.

Why this combo of characters and concepts? Because I thought it would be silly to draw a guy who swells up with compliments contrasted by not only extremely charismatic aquatic individuals but ones with the perfected ability to make him B I G. I guess siren songs are incredibly fattening...
