HI I FINALLY FINISHED THESE THINGS.

So the reason these took so long is because, well, some of these were coloring/painterly practices.

The first three of these are all the result of me stretching certain artistic muscles out. Even if on a surface level I have a decent enough grasp on my coloring skills, I still like doing paintovers to challenge myself to make things a bit more interesting/improvise on the spot. I wanted to include the original notepad doodle I did alongside the two painted ones. It's a fun thing to do sometimes. One of these days I want to colorpick several fruit pics and draw rounds of them haha.

The fourth image is me wanting an excuse to use that cute fruit image material pattern. I also felt like drawing a midway shape.

The fifth and sixth sketches were done in a coffeeshop as per usual. Although I felt they took needed a bit more pizzazz so I took them to clip studio paint and deepened the colors, painted over some unsightly bits, added more color, etc, yannow, the usual puffpoff activities. The Shun drawing was really theraputic to draw honestly, I like drawing them with long hair even if usually they're depicted with a short cut. I imagine the cracks in Shun's body is kinda like kintsugi, except instead of gold it would be more akin to those black holographic pigments. Dark-colored but refelecting back a full spectrum of light.

If these descriptions seem a bit more messy, it's because I'm running on fumes. At the time of writing this, I had an eventful weekend full of prom photography, wedding anniversaries, cleaning up the coffee bar, and honestly I want nothing more than to sleep and rest my achey breaky legs.

I'm planning out more of my fruit pervert comic (I'm currently working on pages 13 and 14!) I hope eventually to make a public announcement about it but for right now I want to keep it secret. Smthing something, if too many people know/ask me about it, the less my brain is going to want to continue it.
