Okay so... I've hit a spot in drafting where I have the option to do something I'm not sure I should do.

Up until now, everything has been from Quinn's pov.

Would it be too jarring at this point in the storyline for there to be another POV.

To further elaborate - it would be either the Library or Milaro's POV

(I'm tempted to add a third in later if I do add in a second now)

However: Any additional POVs will not have much shelf space. Maybe a chapter or two here and there. Things that Quinn cannot possibly know for multiple reasons - like she's unconscious or not there.

What do you think?

If it's introduced in the early parts of book 2 so its not just out of the blue and sets a president, they are spread out and offer context that pushes the story forward, I say go for it.

Yeah. This is what I'm thinking. Definitely not a regular thing. More like 4 or 5 chapters out of 60 per book or something. AT most.

Well, my opinion is almost as up in the air as your own. I see 3 options as well. Though they are a bit different. One stay with Quinn. Two hop to the closest person when Quinn is out of it. Or Three. Keep it on Quinn but have someone share what happened while they were out. Though that risk the info-dump feel. The hopping between characters is not as bad if the author stays in third person all knowing god mode across all of them and staying focused on one character at a time.

Yep. It's all in third person, just close third. I may even only need a scene here and there. It's going to be like 95% Quinn and 5% other if anything lol
