Story 1 explained the factory, and Story 2 explained the production process.

The important concepts you might be curious about are explained in Previous post.

Some of you may be wondering how the stickers for the next quarter's rewards are being created. I've been making sticker sheets for the past two weeks. About ten days ago, There was a poll about the type of stickers.

As a result of the vote, Small stickers were popular, but there were still many people who liked big stickers. So I decided to make them as before for this round.

Here are two big stickers prepared for next quarter

As before, I will use the holographic coating.

The shiny coating will go well with the fish. And the rainbow coating would suit Jaguar well.

And small foil stickers.

I'll be using the same aurora rainbow foil as last round.

The sticker making process is the same as before.

After arranging the characters and creating a border for cutting line

After this I draw which part will contain the foil.

This is the part where the foil goes in. When I made foil stickers in the beginning, I didn't know how many foil parts I had to put in to make a beautiful sticker. So, the first sticker made (bat and gecko one) has less foil. I use more foil part now. It looks a bit complicated, but in the end, when we use stickers, we attach 1 to 3 stickers, and it seems pretty to have this much foil as a single sticker.

To create the sticker sheet, the program uses Adobe illustrator.

This is a star-shaped foil part included in the bobtail squid.

I have terrible skills with this illustrator program, so it took me two hours to draw this star.

I've been using the pencil tool for a while, but one of my friend told me that it's better to draw with the pen tool, so I finally succeeded in making a better star 😂

What can I say, I learned about this program in school about 10 years ago, but I rarely use it ......so I always forget how to use Adobe illustrator.

Anyway, I'm getting better and better skill. maybe... 😆

We'll see this sticker sheet photo later this month.

Another behind story.

At first I was going to make the capybara a big sticker and the big cat a small foil sticker. Here's an early draft.

The reason I made this choice is the color of the foil. The cephalopod that received the most votes definitely went well with the rainbow foil, but the big cat is brown/earth. I decided that foil would not work for them unless it was gold. Capybara is same brown/earth color, but it was a case that didn't matter because the water part would be expressed with rainbow foil. So, the type of sticker has changed.  * Because of the factory process, there is only one choice of foil type.

I will probably receive samples of all the stickers and postcards within this month. Then I will share it with you as well. thank you!

Amazing process! I notices that the foil on the small sheets rubs off easily. I have some dinosaur ones that lost their spots! Putting tape over them seems to stop the peeling.

Yes, I always write down in product details, the foil part of the foil sticker is weak against friction, so if you stick it on a product that you touch often, it will come off quickly! But in fact, the coating of most stickers tends to be weak against friction. the best thing would be sticking it on a hard-to-reach area

The next secret store will be open during the summer. The sticker I'm preparing now is a basic physical reward that will be shipped in October!
