* I use paper packaging. If you are concerned about getting wet or wrinkling the paper, ask for vinyl shipping when you order! 

* Printed small dots and dirt, difference in cutting line less than 1mm are not recognized as defective

Q) I entered the wrong shipping information by a mistake. How do I do it?

A) Please let me know as soon as possible before I ship. If it has already been shipped, additional shipping cost about return-resend charge apply.

Q) There are some item I don't like about the set product. Can it be changed to something else? 

A) Changes are not possible. I would be grateful if you could understand!

Q) I am the physical reward tier. It ships with basic reward, why pay extra for shipping?

A) Taking this into account as well I set the selling price of the product at a lower price considering the additional shipping cost :D

Q ) Is there any discount if I order a lot?

A ) There are no other discounts, but no additional shipping charges!

Q ) Why is the secret shop not available in EU and UK.

A ) That's because of the VAT rules.  Basic patreon reward is possible to ship because patreon provide their IOSS number, but currently secret shop is not. I am very sorry for the inconvenience😭I hope this will change later , but for now the best I can think of is placing an order using a friend's address outside the EU. I would be grateful if you could understand.
