1.  Pre-order of Acrylic charms set

I will only make pre-order quantities, production will start at the end of JAN.

*  Acrylic samples I made before 

Packing : Single plastic wrap, I will put them all in a paper envelope.

* The protective film on the back of the acrylic is shipped without being removed! 

* Printed small dots and dirt, difference in cutting line less than 1mm are not recognized as defective 

* The material of the key ring has not been decided yet. I can use the material of the keyring different from the past.

This is not the price for each quarter, but the price for 2 quarters + 4 stickers combined.

*The composition of the set product cannot be replaced or changed to other product. If you would like multiple copies of same product, please use the individual sales post that will be posted later.

* If some stickers or postcards are out of stock, they will be randomly replaced with past rewards before April 2021.  (Bat, sea turtle stickers and stabby marine life postcard is smaller quantity than others.)

4. Q/A

Q ) I would like to have an older reward that is not on the list. Any thoughts on making it again?

A )  I can not re-create the past rewards. MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity when I order product from factory) is the only reason why I have inventory. 

Q) I entered the wrong shipping information by a mistake. How do I do it?

A) Please let me know as soon as possible before I ship. If it has already been shipped, additional shipping cost about return-resend charge apply.

Q ) Is there any discount if I order a lot?

A ) This is already discounted price :D  but If you order many item, the increased weight may increase the shipping cost, but in this case you will not be charged additional shipping cost. 

Q ) Why is the secret shop not available in EU and UK.

A ) That's because of the changed VAT rules.  Basic patreon reward is possible to ship because patreon provide their IOSS number, but currently secret shop is not. I am very sorry for the inconvenience😭I hope this will change later , but for now the best I can think of is placing an order using a friend's address outside the EU. I would be grateful if you could understand.
