Pygmyseahorse is the smallest seahorse species in the world.

They are less than 2 cm (0.79 in)..Imagine how small they are.

When I was drawing this picture, I thought about that candy a lot. 

I used to feel that the small bumps of the sea fan and pygmy seahorse were like konpeito(star candy).

Because of that, I added a star-shaped sparkling animation effect in the end!

In the last step, the gills on their heads were removed, and fixed tail drawing for depth.
