About Packages! (Patreon)

1. Finished to shipped 450pc package!

As you know, my scheduled delivery date is the second week of April.

I was planning to ship 150 packages first this month.

But I packed more than 450 packages in early March and sent them ahead of schedule.

I hope not, but this virus things are going to get worse, so I decided to send it earlier when I can.

The number of flights from Korea to overseas has been drastically reduced or suspended.

Therefore, shipping is delayed or stopped in most countries.

As each day goes by, more countries have stopped shipping oversea.

I guess some people have already got message from Paypal. 

But maybe some packages will be returned to me again. 

(European countries such as Spain, Norway and Ireland, Poland and more, Australia)

2. Major Countries where deliveries have been suspended due to Coronavirus

• USA (since March 30)
• Canada, Australia, NewZealand
• Spain, Sweden, Norway, Swiss 
• Ireland, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belgium, Finland, Austria
• Japan, Taiwan
• Brazil, Mexico, Israel, Colombia, Arab Emirates, Macedonia
• Netherlands (Since April 3)
• England, Singapore, Germany, Russia (Since April 7)

* package to Philippines  I sent in March may return to me due to no flight

Other countries could be added in this list.

There is a possibility that most deliveries will be delayed at present.

The post officer said it's hard to predict how long this situation will last.

I will send it all on the day when delivery is possible.

3. 

I started to ship it from early March, so some people will start receiving parcels soon.

So I get a lot of inquiries about delivery at this time.

I hope all the parcels arrive as soon as possible,

Because I do everything by myself, I sent 30~50 parcels per day for 3 weeks, so the dates are all different.

Except for the U.S. and some countries in Asia, it could take a month or more.

And it takes twice as much time to return to me.

Also, It's very different depending on your local post offices.

I'd appreciate it if you could wait patiently💕

4. 

30% of the parcels are not ready yet due to pin stock problem.

These begin shipping in the second week of April as scheduled if there is no delay.

This is why there have been no updates to new sketches, drawings, or wallpaper recently.

There must be a lot of people waiting for this....😭still have half of March left, I will try my best to keep the promise of the updates.

6. About next shipping reward (oct. 2020)

Next time, 

All designs for shipping reward product will be decided by vote include postcards.

I judged that the existing system could not be maintained due to the time, cost problem and the confusion of the long explanation. 

This way, I can reduce my mistakes and improve the quality of patreon service. 

There will be changes for additional orders too. I'll explain later.
