I was going to make it into a GIF from the beginning. 

So I painted it simple.

2. Eel animating

8 frame animation (used 'puppet tool' on Adobe)

As you know, I've done lots of Eels animation with puppet tool.

It's hard to feel, but the stars and pumpkins in the back are shining, too.

They're not the main effect, so I trying to keep it out of sight. 

But these small details make it more complete, so I did it.

And I added a simple line animation. (witch's magic, knife)

Twitter's gif and Instagram used square frames so I cropped them into squares at the end.
