[ Drawing ] Ladybugs and Cassowary (Patreon)

I drew ladybugs and watermelons two years ago.. in a simple, design-wise way.

I want to redraw ladybugs, including some pupa and larva this time.

It's fun to paint the childhood of an animal together. 

I think there are a lot of people who don't know larvae stage. 

It will be great If I draw another beetles as series someday🤔

Cassowary

I usually drew small birds,, Sometime I want to draw big birds.
They really feel like dinosaurs... (think about Shoebill)
Especially, the Cassowary has beautiful colors.

It's hard to draw a big bird! I'm not satisfied with this yet.

I need to practice drawing more to draw properly🤣

When I study animals for painting, I refer to photos and videos on the Internet like everyone.

I need understand them well in order to make the pose I want from various angles.

So it takes more time to find and data and practice than to draw an illustration.

But understanding more animals is my favorite part of the process💕
