Just Becky being a little naughty at the hospital, haha. Selfie-style images are fun because you get to play with intentionally imbalanced compositions which automagically makes them feel more "real".

Technical note: after sketching this I realized a phone in a mirror-selfie would always be perfectly upright... right? I think that's how it works... will fix that.
